Senior IT Manager

Location: New York City, United States; on-site. Relocation packages are available.

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and daily operations of the internal IT function as hirify.global scales.
• Lead identity and access operations, endpoint management, networking, SaaS administration, office technology, and employee technology lifecycle management.
• Build, mentor, and grow the IT Support team while establishing scalable processes, standards, metrics, and operating practices.
• Improve onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and device lifecycle operations through automation, integrations, AI-powered solutions, scripting, and internal tooling.
• Manage hardware procurement, software licensing, vendors, contracts, lifecycle planning, and the IT budget.
• Partner with People Operations, Workplace Operations, Security Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and other stakeholders on company-wide technology initiatives and SOC 2 readiness.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or Internal IT, including IT team leadership in a startup or high-growth technology company.
• Experience building, scaling, or modernizing an internal IT function and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong technical depth with Okta or equivalent SSO, SCIM, and MFA platforms; MDM platforms such as Mosyle, Jamf, Kandji, or Intune; and Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
• Expertise supporting macOS and Windows environments, endpoint management, networking, SaaS administration, identity operations, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations, company-wide technology rollouts, automations, integrations, APIs, AI, or workflow automation platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, customer service, ownership, and critical-issue escalation skills.
