Senior GTM Systems Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build the revenue systems architecture supporting the go-to-market organization.
• Create modular systems that separate data, business logic, and user workflows while reducing tooling and integration debt.
• Deploy AI-powered workflows for lead qualification, account research, forecasting, renewals, and revenue operations.
• Connect AI models to live business data and build event-driven automations and internal tools.
• Own the data model for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and revenue events.
• Manage integrations across Salesforce, marketing platforms, data warehouses, enrichment providers, and AI tooling while ensuring data quality and observability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Revenue Systems, or a similar technical role.
• Strong Salesforce experience extending beyond administration.
• Experience designing and managing complex business-system integrations.
• Proven experience deploying AI through automations, agents, workflows, or model-driven applications.
• Strong data modelling and systems design skills, with the ability to combine strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience building with LLMs and AI APIs.
• Experience with n8n, Clay, Make, Zapier, Workato, or similar platforms.
• Strong opinions on data governance and system design.
• Experience scaling systems in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
