IT Engineer

What you will do

• Administer Okta as the identity layer for AWS, GitHub, Salesforce, and the broader SaaS environment using SAML/OIDC, SCIM, lifecycle policies, and workflows.
• Automate employee onboarding and offboarding by replacing manual access runbooks with code.
• Manage SaaS and business systems including Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub, and 1Password.
• Operate the Jamf-managed macOS fleet, including provisioning, software allowlisting, patching, and endpoint support.
• Maintain SaaS inventory, integrations, user access, licenses, API tokens, renewals, and rationalization with Finance and system owners.
• Support phishing awareness, audit evidence collection, corporate detection tuning, incident response, SLAs, and company-wide IT support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT engineering experience at a fast-growing technology company.
• Deep Okta administration expertise covering SAML/OIDC, SCIM, lifecycle policies, and workflows.
• Fluency with Jamf Pro and macOS endpoint management, plus scripting in Python, Bash, or a similar language.
• Experience automating onboarding and offboarding and replacing manual access processes with code.
• Hands-on experience administering a broad SaaS estate across engineering and business systems.
• Ability to support business-critical systems owned by Sales Operations, Finance, and People teams and respond effectively to incidents, executive requests, and fleet rollouts.
