Strategy Manager

Location: Must be based in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne), hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Partner with the VP of Strategy and founders to shape and pressure-test long-range company strategy.
• Build analytical models for portfolio bets, including market sizing, scenario planning, and competitor benchmarking.
• Translate strategic thinking into executive-ready recommendations and board-level analysis.
• Lead launch support for new strategic initiatives, such as geographic expansion or new partnerships.
• Collaborate with Finance to maintain long-range financial models and track progress against strategic milestones.
• Support fundraising, M&A activity, and IPO-readiness efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Advanced financial modelling and scenario-planning skills with excellent Excel proficiency.
• Proven track record of framing ambiguous problems into structured, decision-ready recommendations.
• Experience with or strong interest in new market entry and geographic expansion.
• Ability to influence at the board/executive level while remaining hands-on with delivery teams.
• Must have the right to work in Australia.
