Senior Technical Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the technical delivery of complex enterprise software implementations, integrations, and transformation projects.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency, user experience, and customer value.
• Lead technical workshops and collaborate with customers, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Product teams, and Consultants.
• Review solution designs for scalability, security, quality, and alignment with architectural standards.
• Support estimation, solution planning, implementation governance, and adoption of AI capabilities.
• Mentor consultants and communicate AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices across delivery teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or Professional Services.
• Experience leading technical teams and customer-facing projects.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and data migration.
• Experience with workflow automation and business process optimisation using platforms such as Power Automate, Nintex, Zapier, Workato, Smartsheet, or UiPath.
• Strong data integration and analysis skills, including SQL, ETL, XML/JSON, stored procedures, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience designing or integrating AI-powered solutions, including prompt engineering, AI agents, copilots, workflow orchestration, and enterprise AI use cases.

Nice to have

• Experience with PropTech, ERP, CRM, HRIS, IWMS, or other enterprise solutions.
• Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Azure, AWS, Agile, Scrum, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
• Professional Services or consulting experience.
