Forward Deployed Strategist (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with executive sponsors to scope Forward Deployed Engineering projects into concrete, time-boxed deliverables with measurable ROI.
• Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews, identifying integration complexity and infrastructure constraints.
• Own the configuration layer, including workflows, settings, integrations, and platform tooling, while partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers on deeper production builds.
• Drive technical enablement and adoption through hands-on training, playbooks, reference workflows, and customer coaching.
• Maintain executive relationships, communicate delivery plans, identify expansion opportunities, and escalate product gaps to Product and Engineering.
• Build reusable playbooks that improve the capabilities of the broader Forward Deployed Engineering organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, technical consulting, or technical Engagement Management with ownership of scoping and delivery.
• Strong understanding of agentic coding and LLM behavior in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global workflows, integrations, and platform configuration.
• Ability to read enough Python and JavaScript/TypeScript to partner with Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Experience shipping AI-native workflows beyond the prototype stage and identifying real production constraints.
• Executive presence for C-suite relationships and technical credibility with engineering leaders.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in financial services, insurance, telecommunications, high-tech, healthcare/life sciences, or semiconductors.
