Generalist Junior Consultant and Consultants

What you will do

• Work with case teams and clients on projects addressing complex business, government, and societal challenges.
• Analyze business problems and contribute to strategies, recommendations, and transformation initiatives.
• As a Junior Consultant, support analysis and progressively take end-to-end responsibility for project workstreams.
• As a Consultant, develop specialized knowledge and manage larger, more complex parts of client projects.
• Identify client issues, craft strategies for change, build consensus, and translate recommendations into performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines across varying project locations and durations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and/or Master's, MBA, or PhD with outstanding academic performance.
• At least 3 years of consulting or industry experience with a strong record of achievement; experienced professionals joining at Consultant level typically have over 5 years of full-time experience.
• Industry experience in areas such as climate and sustainability, retail, banking, private equity, energy, mining, public sector, engineering, law, healthcare, medicine, or telecommunications.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking, quantitative and qualitative problem-solving, and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills, with independent judgment and a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel interstate and work remotely on client sites.
