Technical Consultant (Enterprise Software)

Location: Canberra, Australia; hybrid workplace. Australian citizenship and an active NV1 Security Clearance are required.

What you will do

• Deliver technical implementations, upgrades, cloud migrations, and integrations for enterprise software projects.
• Configure and deploy hirify.global solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Build and support API integrations and data migrations across customer environments.
• Work with customers and project teams through testing, UAT, and Go Live.
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and provide ongoing technical support.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Consultants while improving delivery practices.

Requirements

• Experience implementing enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge, including SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience with Java, .NET, or C/C++.
• Exposure to Windows Server environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Australian citizenship and an active NV1 Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Unix/Linux experience.
• Experience working with government customers or enterprise content management solutions.
