Bilingual Nurse Navigator (Telehealth)

Location: Remote from Puerto Rico; permanent residency in Puerto Rico required

What you will do

• Provide virtual nursing care and customer service through phone, live messaging, video, and email.
• Assess and triage patients using clinically validated protocols.
• Document patient interactions and care activities in the EMR.
• Coordinate laboratory, prescription, radiology, testing, and other patient-care orders.
• Troubleshoot technology with patients and support a seamless telehealth call-center experience.
• Contribute to projects that improve operational efficiency and the patient experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of clinical hospital experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in Puerto Rico required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Permanent resident of Puerto Rico required.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish required.
• Availability to work 4–5 days per week, including mandatory alternating weekends.

Nice to have

• RN licensure in one or more US states.
• Prior call-center experience.
