Bilingual (Spanish/English) Digital Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) (Digital Care)

Location: Fully remote within one of the contiguous 50 states. Work 4 ten-hour shifts per week, generally from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. MST/PST; EST/CST hours may be considered.

Salary: $120,000–$155,000 base annually, plus a performance-based bonus of $10,000–$20,000, for total compensation of $130,000–$170,000.

What you will do

• Deliver empathetic clinical care through real-time and asynchronous chat and other digital care channels.
• Manage concurrent patient conversations, including symptom assessment, medication questions, lab results, chronic disease care, and follow-up.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers, specialists, pharmacy teams, caregivers, and other interdisciplinary partners.
• Recognize when chat-based care is insufficient and escalate patients to telephone, video, in-person, urgent, or emergency care.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health record documentation and clear handoffs through resolution.
• Improve digital workflows, standardized responses, escalation pathways, quality standards, patient experience, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN and APRN licenses for Nurse Practitioners, or an active Physician Assistant license for Physician Assistants.
• At least three years of experience in primary care, house calls, internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, palliative care, and/or urgent care.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.
• Ability to review AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy and safety.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses in additional requested states within 90 days of hire; hirify.global covers licensing costs and provides administrative support.
• Ability to work flexible ten-hour shifts within the required coverage hours and comply with telehealth, privacy, legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Nice to have

• Prior Devoted Medical experience and familiarity with its clinical programs and workflows.
• Virtual care or telehealth experience, especially in real-time, queue-based, or high-volume environments.
• Experience coordinating care remotely with interdisciplinary teams and supporting complex or vulnerable patient populations.
• Flexibility and curiosity in a fast-paced, evolving digital-first environment.
