Registered Nurse, Virtual Care - Remote

Location: Remote; active Registered Nurse licensure in California or ability to obtain California licensure before starting is required. A quiet, secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable high-speed internet are required.

Compensation: $40–$45 per hour

What you will do

• Respond to patient messages and phone calls clearly, empathetically, and on time.
• Triage patient needs and escalate urgent or complex clinical concerns according to established protocols.
• Support provider inboxes, clinical tasks, medication refills, care follow-up, and communication of lab and imaging results.
• Help patients understand next steps and connect them with the appropriate care team member.
• Collaborate with providers, RNs, and care team members to support a high-quality virtual patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect patient privacy under HIPAA requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; a BSN is preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse license in California, or ability to obtain California licensure before the start date.
• At least one year of healthcare, clinical, or patient-facing experience.
• Experience with EMR systems, clinical messaging tools, and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple patient messages and clinical tasks.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a secure workspace suitable for confidenhirify.globall patient information.

Nice to have

• RN licensure in New York and/or Arizona.
• Telehealth, primary care, women’s health, or ambulatory care experience.
• Experience with medication refills, lab results, imaging follow-up, or clinical triage.
