Executive Business Partner

Location: New York, NY; in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Base salary: $100,000–$105,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support the Chief Digital Officer, Chief Retail Officer, and VP, DTC with complex calendars, travel, expenses, meeting logistics, and executive priorities.
• Anticipate conflicts and risks, make informed judgment calls, and ensure work is completed accurately.
• Run recurring leadership forums and All Hands, including agendas, pre-reads, notes, and action-item tracking.
• Coordinate offsites, retreats, retail store walks, manufacturer visits, team trips, vendors, venues, transport, and attendees.
• Manage defined projects and initiatives, tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Support employee engagement and contribute to Executive Assistant community standards and peer mentoring.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience supporting senior leaders.
• Strong organization, multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, resilience, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Clear communication, sound business judgment, and discretion with confidential information.
• Flexibility and availability outside traditional working hours when required.
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to experiment with them in daily work.
