What you will do

• Manage the CTO’s calendar, scheduling, travel, and day-to-day logistics across multiple time zones.
• Prepare the CTO for board, investor, and other high-priority meetings by coordinating people, information, and materials.
• Coordinate board meetings, conferences, offsites, dinners, and other important events.
• Track commitments and action items across teams and ensure follow-through on priority work.
• Own ambiguous problems and special projects from defining the required work through execution.
• Improve the CTO’s workflow and help make broader organizational operations faster, simpler, and more effective.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in executive support, executive operations, or a similar role.
• Direct experience supporting a founder, CTO, or other C-level executive.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-moving environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, follow-through, judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with researchers, investors, and board members.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity, move quickly, take ownership, and build lightweight processes.
