TL;DR

Senior Value Engineer (AI): Owning the financial and strategic narrative for enterprise AI deals with an accent on building CFO-grade ROI models and business cases. Focus on translating complex AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes to drive high-impact $1M+ enterprise opportunities.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote). Travel up to ~40% required across the US.

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own value engineering across the full sales lifecycle, from early-stage framing to post-live validation.
  • Build CFO-grade ROI models quantifying cost reduction, productivity, and revenue uplift.
  • Lead executive value discovery sessions and workshops with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, pricing, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop standardized value frameworks, benchmarks, and repeatable tooling.
  • Translate complex financial analysis into compelling executive narratives for CFOs and CIOs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in value consulting, value engineering, or commercial advisory in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of influencing $1M+ enterprise deals with finance and procurement stakeholders.
  • Strong financial modeling expertise (NPV, IRR, TCO, payback) and ability to defend assumptions.
  • Must be based in the USA and comfortable with up to 40% travel.
  • Executive presence with the ability to translate complex analysis into persuasive business narratives.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.

Nice to have

  • Industry experience in Travel, Insurance, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Retail.
  • Exposure to contact center operations or CX technology ecosystems (CCaaS, CRM).
  • Background in top-tier consulting firms supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.
