Implementation Consultant/Customer Success Manager (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid work from the Downtown Nashville, Tennessee or Downtown Austin, Texas office three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote work is available for the remainder of the week.

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery sessions covering business processes, ERP environments, and accounts payable workflows.
• Document current-state processes and design future-state solutions aligned with product best practices.
• Own onboarding from kickoff through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Configure the platform to support customer workflows while balancing flexibility and scalability.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, gaps, and implementation issues before they affect delivery.
• Manage stakeholders across accounting, IT, leadership, Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing post-sales implementation, onboarding, professional services, B2B SaaS, or consulting.
• Experience owning complex implementations from kickoff through go-live, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and changing requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, or similar platforms.
• Strong project management, prioritization, follow-through, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to lead time-constrained customer discussions, recommend best practices, and guide decisions.
• Ability to work from the Nashville or Austin office three days per week is required.
