Technical, High-Agency AI Agent Product Manager (Healthcare AI)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid

Base salary: $160K–$200K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own net-new AI agent deployments from customer requirements and scoping through production go-live.
• Define deployment scope, roadmap, sequencing, tradeoffs, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Translate customer requirements into agent behavior using prompts, tools, guardrails, and multi-agent workflows.
• Build production-ready voice, SMS, and chat agents handling scheduling logic, patient context, EMR data, and practice-specific edge cases.
• Improve agent performance through structured evaluations, live call reviews, testing, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with Conversational Design, Customer Engineering, and Engineering on integrations, platform capabilities, and handoffs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product-led role, or a technical background with PM-like ownership.
• Strong technical product background with comfort working with APIs, integrations, and connected systems.
• Experience shipping products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without an established playbook.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work through influence, make tradeoff decisions, and maintain launch momentum.
• Hands-on experience building AI-native products, agents, LLM workflows, automation platforms, prompts, or conversational experiences.
• Experience with structured evaluation practices for agent quality and production performance.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, revenue cycle, or other legacy-system-heavy industry experience.
• Founder, co-founder, or early-stage startup experience.
• Familiarity with voice AI or real-time orchestration systems.
• Portfolio or examples of shipped IVR, voice assistant, chatbot, or SMS experiences.
