AI Product Management Professional (AI)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office and remaining days remotely. Candidates must reside within or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance from one of the talent markets.

Salary: $103,600–$142,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own a product area within the Applied AI portfolio and define product strategy, success metrics, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to map processes, gather requirements, and identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into AI use cases and guide discovery, prototyping, validation, and deployment support.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered products.
• Experiment with GenAI applications, AI agents, conversational AI, and intelligent automation.
• Contribute to AI evaluation frameworks and communicate product strategy, progress, and business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of product management or related experience and less than 4 years of total relevant industry experience.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, requirements, execution plans, roadmaps, and feature priorities.
• Hands-on experience building or prototyping AI-powered solutions and working with AI/ML products or platforms.
• Knowledge of GenAI, prompt engineering, AI agent frameworks, RAG, conversational AI, and practical AI/ML applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or healthcare technology.
• Experience with AI model evaluation, performance benchmarking, responsible AI, bias mitigation, or ethical AI.
• Familiarity with human-centered design, data visualization, Figma, Miro, business cases, or ROI models.
