Clinical Lead & Product Manager, Care Delivery (AI)

Location: Hybrid onsite in Palo Alto, California, Tuesday through Thursday; must work onsite 3 days per week

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 per year, plus potential bonuses, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Own and build GenAI-powered care delivery workflows for care gap closure, specialty pharmaceutical coordination, infusion management, and population health.
• Lead stakeholder discovery, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and identification of high-value automation opportunities.
• Evaluate and validate clinical accuracy, appropriateness, and safety of product solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, and health system clients to translate clinical challenges into product requirements and successful implementations.
• Define success metrics and use data to guide product iterations.
• Navigate HIPAA and other healthcare compliance and clinical safety requirements.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO); residency completion is a significant plus.
• Deep understanding of care delivery workflows and clinical care coordination.
• Experience identifying care delivery inefficiencies and implementing process improvements in healthcare settings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, move quickly, and drive projects to completion in a startup environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Palo Alto three days per week.

Nice to have

• Background in internal medicine, oncology, pharmaceuticals, biotech, population health, or healthcare service line optimization.
• Prior product management experience in healthcare technology or B2B SaaS.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies or healthcare IT solutions.
• Familiarity with EHR and care management platforms.
