Maintenance Technician IV (Night Shift) (Biomanufacturing)

Location: USA - OH - West Chester; onsite night shift, 6 PM–6 AM

Salary: $28.50–$46.50 per hour

What you will do

• Perform emergency repairs, rebuilding, equipment changeovers, inspections, installations, testing, adjustments, and preventive maintenance on process-related equipment.
• Troubleshoot electronic, environmental monitoring, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical line equipment using appropriate tools and testing equipment.
• Monitor equipment and system performance, complete work orders, batch records, GMP documentation, and required maintenance logs.
• Install new equipment, support upgrades, validation projects, and PET activities in coordination with facilitators, engineers, and activity leads.
• Train operators on equipment setup and minor adjustments or repairs while maintaining organized, clean, and compliant operating areas.
• Support equipment operation during the rotating schedule and respond to planned or emergency overtime needs.

Requirements

• Prior experience maintaining and supporting equipment performance in a regulated production environment.
• Ability to understand, read, write, communicate, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment change parts, tooling, and maintenance materials.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow SOPs, cGMPs, MRO procedures, inventory controls, and OSHA-aligned safety requirements.
• Availability for a rotating 6 PM–6 AM schedule: 2 nights on, 2 nights off, 3 nights on, 3 nights off.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, or equivalent education.
• Associate degree in engineering or a related discipline, or mechanical trade school training.
• Experience with automated equipment, mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, electrical or mechanical troubleshooting, SAP, KRONOS, MRP systems, OEE, TPM, or LEAN.
