Production Technician III (MedTech)

Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas, United States; onsite, 3rd shift

What you will do

• Operate and monitor automatic or semiautomatic manufacturing equipment and related process controls.
• Perform drug formulation tasks, including weighing raw materials, cleaning, mixing tanks and equipment, distilled water sanitization, and filter integrity testing.
• Clean, sanitize, and monitor cleanrooms and associated manufacturing support areas.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process abnormalities, make minor adjustments and repairs, and implement corrective actions.
• Support manufacturing operators, assess product acceptability, conduct cGMP audits, and assist with employee training.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, SOP updates, process changes, and equipment preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required; a two-year technical degree is preferred.
• Technical experience in an automated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and shop math.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, wrenches, a multimeter, wire strippers, and crimping tools.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, multitasking, data analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship and transfer of employment visa sponsorship are not available.
