Maintenance Technician (Industrial Machinery)

Location: Onsite at the PCA Box Plant in Arlington, Texas, United States; 3rd shift

Salary: $25–$38 per hour, based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities in a production environment.
• Respond to equipment breakdown calls and restore machinery operation safely.
• Work as part of a maintenance team and develop multicraft capabilities through provided training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Availability for a three-shift production schedule; shift placement depends on plant needs and seniority.
• Technicians must supply basic hand tools; special and heavy tools are provided.

Nice to have

• Technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry.
