Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Location: On-site in New York, NY; Austin, TX; or San Francisco, CA

Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end interview coordination across multiple time zones and roles.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience as the primary point of contact.
• Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts and logistical bottlenecks.
• Maintain high data integrity within the ATS.
• Partner with the TA team to keep hiring pipelines healthy and efficient.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting coordination or operations within a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
• Ability to manage high volumes of tasks with precision and urgency.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York, Austin, or San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with ATS and scheduling tools like Greenhouse or Ashby.
• Experience with high-volume technical recruiting coordination.
• Background in process and workflow building.
