Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

What you will do

• Manage interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and end-to-end hiring logistics.
• Track candidate experience metrics, including response times, feedback, and funnel drop-off points.
• Coordinate interviewer training on hiring processes, tools, and expectations.
• Identify recruiting bottlenecks and improve hiring workflows and processes.
• Maintain accurate employment records covering hires, terminations, leaves, transfers, and promotions.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and partner with Operations on hiring policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a comparable field.
• At least 18 months of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or HR Specialist at a technology or R&D company.
• Strong ability to learn tools and processes quickly and manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail in scheduling, communication, and employment documentation.
• Strong customer service instincts and a focus on candidate experience.
