Product Enablement Lead (AI)

Location: On-site in the New York City office, United States

Estimated base salary: $150K–$200K annually

What you will do

• Serve as the product expert for AEs, solutions consultants, customer support, partners, and customers.
• Design and deliver live training, self-paced content, onboarding programs, and certification checkpoints.
• Translate product releases into training, demo workflows, messaging, and field-ready showcases.
• Build and maintain custom demo workflows and data for key personas and industries.
• Lead customer and partner enablement programs, marketing webinars, and live product presentations.
• Partner with Product to bring field feedback into future product decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, product enablement, or a related product-facing role.
• Experience with technical product education or enablement programs, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to learn technical products quickly and explain them clearly to different audiences.
• Strong product demonstration skills and experience building in the product.
• Clear communication and confident presentation skills across live sessions, webinars, events, and async channels.
• Ability to work out of the New York City office.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement, fintech, ERP, or spend-management products.
• Experience building customer or partner academies and demo environments.
