Solutions Enablement, Curriculum Developer

Location: San Francisco, California; required to work from the office 4 days per week and travel 25–35% of the time

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 annually, plus benefits, equity if applicable, and bonus if applicable

What you will do

• Design and maintain an enablement framework connecting verticals, use cases, personas, workflows, and demo paths.
• Define persona profiles based on customer workflows, pain points, and needs, and maintain a centralized source of truth.
• Standardize templates and governance so enablement content remains current, consistent, and easy to apply.
• Design and co-deliver training on vertical-specific solutions, personas, customer challenges, and platform differentiation.
• Create field-ready guides, playbooks, demo scripts, videos, and hands-on learning resources.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to incorporate feedback, align messaging, and measure adoption and impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions, Product, or Sales Enablement, or related roles.
• Experience building enablement systems from scratch, including use case and persona documentation, demo scripts, videos, and hands-on learning experiences.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, field-ready guidance.
• Experience facilitating live trainings and workshops that drive adoption and behavior change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and execution-focused.
• Must be located in San Francisco, California and willing to work from the office 4 days per week; willing to travel 25–35% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, B2G, or public safety environments.
• Builder mindset, bias toward action, and comfort owning ambiguous problem spaces end to end.
