GTM Product Enablement Manager (AI)

Location: New York City or Boston; in-office 4–5 days per week. Relocation packages are available.

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build the GTM product enablement function and define its foundational programs, systems, and processes.
• Develop product enablement and training strategies aligned with product launches, business goals, and customer needs.
• Create scalable learning content, including video tutorials, e-learning modules, webinars, certifications, and knowledge documentation.
• Develop value-based demo scripts for target personas and use cases, and manage demo certification for sales representatives.
• Measure training and documentation effectiveness through proficiency, adoption, feature utilization, expansion, and NPS metrics.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing, and subject-matter experts on launches, roadmap readiness, and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• Previous quota-carrying sales experience is required; AE or sales management experience is strongly preferred.
• Startup experience and a proven ability to build programs and processes from 0 to 1 are required.
• Expertise in curriculum design, adult learning principles, and results-oriented training programs.
• Strong product acumen, communication, presentation, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong AI fluency and experience using AI tools for content creation, knowledge testing, and measurement.
• Based in New York or Boston preferred, with in-office attendance 4–5 days per week.
