Fulfillment Learning and Programs Manager (Logistics)

Location: Remote, United States; travel to fulfillment sites as needed for in-person observation and training.

What you will do

• Design onboarding curricula, SOP walkthroughs, job aids, videos, and hands-on modules for fulfillment roles.
• Launch and manage new-hire ramp, cross-training, leadership development, and safety certification programs.
• Partner with site leaders, operations teams, and the Learning Team to train teams on new processes, systems, and equipment.
• Keep training materials aligned with evolving SOPs, technology, and workflows.
• Track time-to-productivity, certification completion, quality, and safety metrics to improve programs.
• Equip site trainers and shift leads to deliver consistent training across facilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and delivering training programs, ideally in fulfillment, warehousing, manufacturing, or another operations-heavy environment.
• Experience creating training content directly, including practical and visual materials for frontline audiences.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning best practices.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, video editing, e-learning authoring, and job aid design.
• Willingness to travel to fulfillment sites as needed for in-person training.

Nice to have

• Experience training teams on WMS workflows or similar operational software.
• Background in safety or compliance training, including OSHA or equipment certification.
• Experience scaling a training function across multiple locations.
