Workplace Experience Manager

Location: New York City, United States; on-site

Salary: $80K–$110K annually

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for employees, visitors, candidates, customers, and investors.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming office, including conference rooms, common areas, supplies, refreshments, catering, and amenities.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and work with building management.
• Plan and execute team lunches, celebrations, offsites, happy hours, and company events.
• Support onboarding and create a seamless first-day experience for new hires.
• Manage workplace systems, vendors, budgets, invoices, expenses, and contracts while improving service quality and controlling costs.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, events, workplace experience, office management, executive support, community management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.
