hirify.global is a deep-tech spin-off of TU Munich developing quantum-sensor technology for three-dimensional current mapping in multilayer chips and supporting semiconductor manufacturers with chip debugging and yield analysis.

What you will do

• Proactively source and headhunt specialized technical candidates through talent mapping, referrals, networks, communities, and creative search strategies.
• Own multiple end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake and search strategy through interviews, assessment, offers, and closing.
• Recruit engineering, hardware, physics, semiconductor, and other deep-tech profiles while keeping 10+ searches moving in parallel.
• Partner with hiring managers to define realistic candidate profiles, target markets, interview approaches, and assessment criteria.
• Track recruiting funnel performance, experiment with sourcing channels and tools, and build scalable recruiting practices.
• Contribute to employer branding, onboarding, employee experience, and broader People & Culture projects as hiring needs allow.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, executive search, or headhunting.
• Proven ability to proactively source and hire hard-to-find technical talent and map niche talent markets.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles in parallel.
• Strong hiring-manager partnership, interviewing, candidate-assessment, communication, relationship-building, ownership, and prioritization skills.
• Experience in deep tech, hardware, engineering, semiconductors, physics, or similar fields is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.

• Experience with Ashby ATS.
• German language skills.
