What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for business, investment, and tech positions.
• Plan and implement sourcing strategies, including headhunting.
• Build candidate relationships and deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Optimize recruitment processes and manage high-volume hiring activities.
• Use social media and content marketing to support employer-brand promotion.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex operational processes.
• Passion for recruiting investment and technology professionals.
• Comfort working with online tools and social media as a digital native.
• Proactive, results-driven, customer-oriented, structured, and pragmatic approach.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and challenges simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills required; German is a plus.
