Talent Acquisition Manager (Autonomous Robotics)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland; EU citizenship required.

What you will do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract technical and non-technical talent globally.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates across multiple teams.
• Manage candidate communication, feedback, and support from initial contact through onboarding.
• Monitor talent-market trends and emerging skill sets to inform data-driven recruiting decisions.
• Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes and support broader People Team initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven recruiting experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven scaling environment.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles and in Zurich, with knowledge of the broader European tech talent landscape.
• EU citizenship required.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills in an international environment.
• Proficiency in sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment tools such as ATS platforms.
• Strategic, proactive, results-oriented approach and ability to work in a rapidly evolving startup.
