Senior Recruiter (Manufacturing)

hirify.global is a rapidly growing European fusion company developing the hardware and infrastructure for commercial stellarator fusion power plants.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, with a focus on manufacturing and production hiring.
• Recruit technicians, operators, quality specialists, and manufacturing engineers as facilities scale.
• Partner with technical and manufacturing leaders to define hiring needs and create tailored sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates through events, conferences, talent communities, and other channels across the DACH region and beyond.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to sourcing standards, workflows, tooling, employer branding, and interview training.
• Help build a high-trust, high-rigor recruitment process while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in German and full professional fluency in English.
• Several years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience in a startup or scale-up.
• Experience recruiting internationally for niche and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Direct experience hiring for manufacturing, production, or industrial operations roles.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, organization, autonomy, and communication skills.
• High standards for quality and the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Hiring process

• Recruiter interview lasting 30–45 minutes.
• Three panel interviews lasting 60 minutes each.
• The role is placed at L3 in the company framework.
