(Senior) Manager Technical Recruiting

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned technical and non-technical roles, from hiring-manager intake through sourcing, interviews, offers and signed contracts.
• Manage and continuously optimise Greenhouse pipelines, scorecards, automations, reporting and data-protection compliance.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on market intelligence, interview practices, candidate evaluation and timely feedback.
• Establish and embed a Bar Raiser structure, coaching hiring managers on interview quality and decision-making.
• Source specialised scientific, engineering and technical candidates through academic networks, conferences, publications, professional communities and direct outreach.
• Collaborate with the People team, FP&A and the Chief of Staff to align recruiting with hiring plans and business priorities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience in technical, engineering-intensive or scientific environments.
• Deep practical Greenhouse expertise, including pipeline management, scorecard design, reporting, automation and independent configuration.
• Proven ability to source niche and passive candidates, including those with little or no LinkedIn presence.
• An active professional network in deep-tech, engineering, laser technology, physics or semiconductor communities.
• Full professional English proficiency required. German professional working proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership and People/HR leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for laser technology, fusion energy or experimental physics roles.
• Familiarity with Personio or comparable HRIS platforms.
• Experience building or rebuilding a recruiting function from scratch.
