Director of Product Management (Aerospace)

Location: Remote; eligible hiring locations are specified U.S. states or the United Kingdom only.

Salary: $210,000–$240,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for the core platform, aligning foundational capabilities with company goals, customer needs, and product growth.
• Define and maintain the platform roadmap while balancing customer value, technical priorities, scalability, reliability, and business outcomes.
• Serve as product program lead by coordinating cross-functional dependencies, delivery planning, execution rhythms, and prioritization.
• Manage and develop the Product Management team, establishing priorities, operating rhythms, accountability, and coaching practices.
• Partner with Research, Product Strategy & Innovation, Engineering, Design, Leadership, and customer-facing teams.
• Provide regular readouts on platform performance, delivery progress, roadmap risks, and business impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, platform product management, product operations, technical program leadership, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading product teams and managing product managers in a technical product environment.
• Proven success defining and delivering platform roadmaps that balance customer value, scalability, reliability, and business priorities.
• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional dependencies, development planning, delivery rhythms, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making.
• Previous Senior Manager- or Director-level experience with excellent communication and influence skills.
• Must be eligible to obtain or maintain U.S. Government Security Clearance; active TS Clearance is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, data platforms, AI-enabled products, geospatial products, defense technology, or mission-critical software.
• Experience as a product program lead or in a hybrid product management and program execution role.
• Familiarity with platform architecture, APIs, data pipelines, analytics, infrastructure, or enterprise-grade products.
• Exposure to government, defense, intelligence, aerospace, or highly regulated customer environments.
