Product Manager (AI)

Location: Atlanta, GA Area, United States (Hybrid); minimal travel required.

Salary: $136,400–$187,500 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Set product strategy, vision, outcomes, and roadmap for a major AI risk management product area.
• Identify new market opportunities, products, and customer segments through continuous discovery and customer research.
• Drive company-level prioritization and align senior stakeholders using data-driven trade-off analysis.
• Define AI use cases, evaluation criteria, guardrails, and quality standards for reliable and traceable workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and go-to-market teams across the product lifecycle.
• Mentor senior and lead product managers while representing the product with strategic customers and partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience building leading B2B SaaS solutions.
• Experience defining product strategy, translating it into roadmaps, and delivering outcomes at scale.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and shaping company-level product direction under ambiguity.
• Strong fluency in AI-powered product development, including agent harnesses, evaluations, guardrails, and iteration loops.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Design throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Experience mentoring senior product talent and improving product discovery and delivery practices.

Nice to have

• Construction domain experience, including general contracting, subcontracting, ownership, legal, or risk.
• Experience with contract, specification, or construction technology workflows.
• Experience working in an early-stage environment.
