Telehealth Triage Registered Nurse (New York + Compact State RN License Required)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; active Compact State RN License and active New York RN License required, but candidates cannot live in New York.

Compensation: $90,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage inbound clinical communications, bridge prescription requests, pharmacy issues, and patient check-in calls.
• Provide brief interventions using evidence-based approaches, including behavioral activation and problem-solving treatment.
• Support medication management by discussing dosing, interactions, adherence, comfort medications, and buprenorphine administration.
• Identify escalation events and triage non-progressing or complex patients to clinicians.
• Coordinate communication with clinicians about active clinical issues.
• Document all patient encounters thoroughly in the EMR.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Active RN license in a Compact State and active New York RN license required.
• Must work remotely from the United States and cannot live in New York.
• Full-time availability for 40 hours per week, Sunday through Thursday, with rotating Friday and weekend availability.
• Experience with opioid use disorder is preferred.
