Nurse Practitioner – Addiction Medicine (Telehealth)

Location: Remote, candidates must reside in one of the listed U.S. states: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, or Wyoming.

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 per year for 1.0 FTE, up to $145,000 in select markets. Compensation is prorated for reduced FTE schedules.

What you will do

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting.
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine-based treatment.
• Provide compassionate, nonjudgmental care based on harm reduction principles.
• Support patient autonomy, recovery goals, and shared decision-making.
• Collaborate within a structured, team-supported multidisciplinary care model.

Requirements

• Residence in one of the eligible U.S. states and an active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of residence.
• Independent-practice designation or licensure without physician supervision is required for candidates in Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, or Virginia.
• At least 6 months of independent outpatient experience regularly prescribing and initiating buprenorphine-based medications.
• Strong patient-centered practice and the ability to work autonomously.
• A private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup.
• Availability for full-time work of 30–40 hours per week.
