NP/PA - Virtual Urgent Care

Location: Remote, work-from-home; must reside in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Work hours are 7 a.m.–5 p.m. ET, with two weekend days required every four weeks. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.

Salary: $116,400–$152,775 per year, plus annual bonus and employee benefits.

Oscar Medical Group is refactoring healthcare through personalized healthcare delivery and virtual care.

What you will do

• Provide medical care virtually through phone and messaging.
• Deliver patient care according to Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices, and policies.
• Improve the efficiency and quality of virtual care delivery.
• Ensure patient access to virtual urgent care services.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and providers across primary care and health assessment service lines.

Requirements

• NP or PA degree from an accredited program.
• Board certification.
• Full practice licensure in at least three of Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, and Georgia.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses with support from the licensing vendor.
• At least three years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or outpatient family medicine.
• At least two years of telehealth experience.

Nice to have

• Licensure in additional Oscar Medical Group states, including Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, or Virginia.
• Spanish fluency.
