Trading Operations Engineer (Python)

Annual base salary: $225,000–$250,000 USD; total compensation also includes a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Provide technical operations support for US- and UK-based trading desks.
• Serve as the first point of contact for traders using the firm’s trading systems.
• Install, configure, and monitor critical trading applications.
• Manage incidents through a ticketing system and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with development staff on operational processes supporting trading applications.

Requirements

• Experience with Python, bash, and MySQL on Linux.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work from the New York location.
