Associate Project Manager, User Testing

Location: US-MA-Bedford; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $72,000–$102,500 per year

What you will do

• Develop Alpha and Beta program plans, testing processes, and user education materials.
• Recruit and onboard internal and external test users, maintain schedules, and define weekly activities.
• Act as the liaison between testers and engineering, product, UX, and program stakeholders.
• Review user feedback, debug and triage issues, create Jira tickets, and escalate high-priority defects.
• Configure online projects in Centercode and integrate feedback with Slack, Jira, cloud platforms, and other tools using JSON.
• Analyze surveys and test findings, then present clear, actionable reports and user sentiment to product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience coordinating field testing programs such as Alpha or Beta testing.
• Experience with online testing platforms such as Centercode and defect-tracking tools such as Jira, Agile Central, or Rally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, customer interaction experience, and the ability to resolve issues.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Slack, and Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
