Salary: $128,000–$135,500 annual base salary in Massachusetts

What you will do

• Run software sprint lifecycles, including planning, kickoffs, daily standups, backlog maintenance, and retrospectives.
• Translate product milestones into detailed execution schedules and track progress against master timelines.
• Maintain accurate project-management tooling and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Communicate software delivery status and dependencies to internal groups across hirify.global.
• Coordinate software deliverables with hardware and operational milestones for the Infinite Makeline product.
• Expand project-management scope to culinary testing, training materials, feature rollouts, and other fast-moving initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or systems-focused field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience facilitating engineering workflows, coordinating sprint cycles, or managing technical projects.
• Practical knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and Scrum.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, backlog maintenance, and project timeline visualization.
• Ability to discuss technical stacks, API dependencies, and software interactions with physical systems.
• Strong organization, communication, collaboration skills, and interest in robotics and automation.
