Senior Financial Analyst, Growth Finance (International)

Location: Remote - Ireland

Salary: €50,000–€67,000 base salary per year, plus performance bonus and stock options for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Prepare international regional budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans for customer acquisition and retention.
• Analyze growth, retention, churn, CAC, LTV, and other KPIs to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain financial models, including the EU revenue model, retention model, and acquisition and retention dashboards.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review materials, variance analysis, and leadership presentations.
• Support investment evaluation, P&L planning, accounting close analysis, accruals, and consolidated FP&A reporting.
• Champion AI tools and automation to improve forecasting, reporting, and finance workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of finance experience in an ecommerce business and FP&A environment.
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including model architecture, formula efficiency, and pivot tables.
• Experience with or familiarity with NetSuite ERP, Adaptive, and finance planning tools.
• Familiarity with EU business operations and local rules.
• Fluency in English required.
• Professional experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, with the ability to critically evaluate generated outputs.
