Finance Manager - FP&A & Business Partnering

Location: Paris office or remote from France; candidates must be based in France

Salary: €55K–€70K per year plus equity

What you will do

• Contribute to monthly management reporting and performance updates for leadership.
• Support the preparation of clear, accurate, decision-ready board-level financial materials.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks that provide visibility into the company’s financial health.
• Contribute to annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial models for strategic and operational decisions.
• Analyze AI compute costs, revenue streams, unit economics, and business model evolution.
• Partner with commercial and product teams to maintain operationally grounded revenue forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management consulting.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, communication, and accuracy skills.
• Experience or strong interest in business partnering and cross-functional decision-making.
• Background in a startup, scale-up, or consulting environment.
• Based in France.
• Working knowledge of accounting concepts and experience in the tech sector.
