Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Location: Holborn, London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with attendance at the London office at least 2 or 3 days per week. Full-time, permanent role with working hours of 9:00–18:00, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £75,000–£85,000 per year, plus a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly Group management reporting for the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
• Analyse revenue, gross margin, operating costs, EBITDA, and key business movements.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting, including financial models, scenario analysis, and variance reviews.
• Lead operating expense reporting and work with budget holders on spend, forecasts, and cost control.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and managers on business cases, commercial decisions, and financial performance.
• Improve reporting, dashboards, KPIs, forecasting, and planning processes through automation and simplification.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification with strong experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering.
• Experience preparing management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial models in a commercial environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
• Confident communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite and Power BI is desirable.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

• Experience in consumer products, retail, e-commerce, or another fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with NetSuite and Power BI.
