Senior Manager, Product Analytics & Experimentation

What you will do

• Define and scale the Product Analytics function across product teams.
• Establish best practices for experiment design, analysis, interpretation, and impact measurement.
• Build experimentation operations, including clinics, forums, and training.
• Own the product metrics framework, including north star, input, and guardrail metrics.
• Shape product and commercial strategy through opportunity identification, impact sizing, and evidence-based recommendations.
• Lead complex analysis, develop scalable self-serve analytics capabilities, and manage and develop a team of analysts.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing Product Analytics teams and scaling analytics impact and capability.
• Strong product or commercial analytics background in a digital or e-commerce environment.
• Deep experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments with sound statistical judgement.
• Advanced analytical skills, including strong SQL and working knowledge of Python or a similar language.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, commercially grounded recommendations and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience building scalable analytics frameworks, templates, and self-serve tooling.
