Lead, Business Systems & Analytics

Location: San Francisco, Jackson Square; hybrid schedule with at least three days per week on-site

Salary: $182,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end business systems architecture and define systems of record for critical data objects.
• Build and maintain integrations across ERP, expenses, banking, EPM, CRM, payment processing, and data warehouse platforms.
• Maintain master data integrity across a global, multi-entity corporate structure, including chart of accounts, departments, and cost centers.
• Build the reporting and analytics layer in Databricks, modeling metrics such as ARR, burn, runway, headcount, gross margin, and unit economics.
• Lead systems evaluation and implementation projects, from requirements and vendor selection through launch and adoption.
• Automate manual workflows, establish documentation and runbooks, and partner with GTM, People, Engineering, Finance, and data stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business systems, BizOps, RevOps, analytics engineering, or finance systems, preferably in a growth-stage startup.
• Hands-on experience with core systems of record, including ERP, CRM, and HRIS platforms.
• Fluent SQL and experience working with a cloud data warehouse; dbt or an equivalent transformation framework is a strong plus.
• Experience building integrations through native connectors, iPaaS platforms, or direct API development in Python or a similar language.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency data structures, cross-functional influence, and comprehensive documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco office at least three days per week.

• Experience with dbt or an equivalent data transformation framework.
• Strong intellectual curiosity about cutting-edge multimodal foundation models.
