Inventory Manager (Buyer/Planner)

Location: Dubai, UAE; on-site at the Dubai office

hirify.global’s Corporate Operations / Logistics team manages inventory planning and brand partnerships across multiple brands.

What you will do

• Analyze and update short-term demand forecasts and place weekly orders for 7–12 brands.
• Develop 3-, 6-, and 9-month ordering plans for assigned brands.
• Prepare and analyze monthly sales, demand, and receipts forecasts for brand partners.
• Align ordering strategies with brand management and lead calls covering forecasts and supply chain issues.
• Investigate forecast deviations and propose corrective solutions.
• Track weeks of supply, inventory coverage, inventory turns, sales forecast accuracy, and in-stock rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in supply or demand planning and/or buying.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Experience with operational strategy and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs and the ability to manage recurring forecasting activities.
