Presales Engineer France & Southern Europe (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support account executives throughout the sales cycle and shape technical deal strategies for enterprise and MSSP customers.
• Deliver tailored, story-driven demonstrations of the AI SOC agent across SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity, email, and cloud environments.
• Scope, execute, and deliver proof-of-value projects, demonstrating MTTR reduction, accuracy improvements, analyst-hours saved, and auto-closure coverage.
• Analyse customer SOC architectures, map integrations to workflows, identify technical blockers, and propose solutions.
• Lead API integration sessions, investigation-flow walkthroughs, architecture deep dives, and discussions about explainability, privacy, deployment, and compliance.
• Share field insights with Product and Engineering and contribute to demo assets, playbooks, integration guides, and reusable templates.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in a SOC or presales role involving SIEM, XDR, or SOAR.
• Strong understanding of alert triage, incident response, and SOC workflows, with experience in enterprise or MSSP environments.
• Experience leading technical customer interactions, including workshops, troubleshooting, and proof-of-value projects.
• Knowledge of SIEM platforms, EDR/XDR stacks, SOAR or incident-response workflows, APIs, JSON, Postman, and basic scripting with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of cloud concepts across GCP, Azure, or AWS, plus basic networking.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
