Senior Solution Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide technical and functional guidance to strategic prospects and customers.
• Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and technical training.
• Design technical solutions aligned with customer architectures and business objectives.
• Lead Proof-of-Value deployments and maintain healthy customer environments.
• Support handovers from Sales to Customer Success and contribute to integration projects and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership while representing hirify.global in customer discussions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Presales.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity or crisis management topics.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading workshops, technical training, or product demonstrations.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Comfort working in a remote-first, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in threat intelligence, SOC, breach and attack simulation, penetration testing, or public-sector cybersecurity.
