Transformation Success Engineer (TSE) (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Execute customer migrations from legacy security environments to modern security platforms.
• Own policy mappings, data retention configurations, API setups, and log ingestion validation against standard design templates.
• Run practitioner-focused Day in the Life workshops covering platform workflows, alert triage, incident response, Agentic AI, and automated playbooks.
• Lead value realization sessions with technical stakeholders and demonstrate security efficacy, operational efficiency, and ROI through platform dashboards.
• Support formal project sign-off and successful customer adoption through structured delivery and executive communication.

Requirements

• Professional technical experience in security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, Strata, or comparable competitive migration projects.
• Strong background in security automation, including CLI scripting, Python, REST APIs, bulk policy configuration, and data modeling.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills and experience leading technical workshops with executive stakeholders.
• Experience developing reusable playbooks, technical documentation, and automation-focused solutions.
